Balance & Posture:
Hanmi (left & right) - oblique stance

Basic Movement:
Kokyuho - breath, extension & posture
Shikko - knee walking
Irimi Undo - one step forward & turn away

Ukemi (left & right)
Kneeling breakfall
Hop forward & roll
Hop backward & roll

Attacks:
Hand on the partner's forehead
Back - one hand on the shoulder and the other on your partner's wrist

Techniques (Omote & Ura)
Ikkyo - first pinning technique

12 Kyu Green Belt - Youth under 7 years old

20 hours of practice from the last grading test

Balance & Posture:

Tenkan Ho - 180 degree pivot away

Including Tenshin: slide and turn

Shomen Uchi, Katate Dori or wrist grab (Gyaku Hanmi & Ai Hanmi), and Kata Dori (shoulder grab)
