I had a lovely opportunity to visit Japan in September 2023.
I took the opportunity to visit Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Shinjuku, toured the cities,
and visited the birthplace of O Sensei, Tanabe in the Wakayama Prefecture.
It was a most enjoyable visit, and my first long visit to Japan.
Excited to once again practice at Doshu's 6:30 am class.
Happy to be back at Hombu Dojo.
